What you need to do to get started
- collect the Medical Certificate of Cause of Death from the doctor
- make an appointment to register the death at a Registrar's Office

- the Form 14 issued by Registrar
2. We come to you
Once the Form 14 has been issued:
- we will visit you to finalise the funeral details
- complete the statutory application forms for cremation
- provide a full invoice for the funeral
What to have ready
- the FORM 14 from the registrar
- clothes or personal effects
- music requests/cd for playing at the crematorium
- payment for the funeral

3. Paying for the funeral
- we take payment upfront when we come to meet you
- you can pay by debit or credit card, direct bank transfer or cash
- once the payment has cleared, the funeral time can be confirmed
4. Funeral arrangements
What we do
- complete and deliver all the necessary documentation
- help find an officiate to conduct the service
- collect the deceased from the hospital
- prepare and dress the deceased in our simple oak coffin
- provide the hearse for arrival at the crematorium
- provide the funeral director to attend throughout
- liase with the officiate conducting the service
What you can do yourself
- organise viewing at the hospital before we come to collect the deceased
- place an obituary in the local newspaper
- organise an officiate to conduct a service
- personalise the style of the service at the crematorium
- organise floral tributes or hymn sheets to take to the crematorium
5. Ashes
- after 24 hours, you can collect the ashes at the crematorium (ashes kept up to 1 month)
